it may be a coincidence or the world wanted to send us the example of a perfect woman and my mother was born. Congratulations today on her birthday!

But I have to accept she is not the only one that is perfect but so many women out there are! And I don’t mean they do not make mistakes but they stay firm in sharing their feminine energy; showing the world that trough Love and Compassion we can heal.

We are going trough shifts, a much needed evolution of many of our cultural ‘standards’ moving towards more equality for genders in many areas. There’s still a long way to go, but every day is an invitation for all woman and men to FEEL, be vulnerable and validate your emotions.

People always ask me why I paint women / faces and I have several reasons to read one of them in this post. But I have more personal reasons. As a child my mother was the greatest love force I could ever receive, as I grow up I see myself surrounded by generous, attentive, kind, feminine, but at the same time strong, full of emotions woman.

As a woman myself I feel the responsibility of making other women know and feel the power and value they have. The feminine force manifests in a subtle, delicate but imposing manner like the first ray of light in the morning, lighting up the whole world.

I want women who see their portraits every day and remember that the best way to live is to be themselves!

Puede que sea coincidencia o que el mundo quería mandarnos el ejemplo de una mujer perfecta y entonces nació hoy mi mama. Felicidades a ella hoy en su cumpleaños!

Pero tengo que aceptar que no solo ella es perfección sino muchas, miles, todas las mujeres lo son. Siempre me preguntan porque pinto mujeres/caras y tengo varias razones puedes leer una de ellas en este post. Pero tengo mas razones personales.

Desde pequeña mi madre fue la fuerza de amor mas grande que pude haber recibido, al crecer me veo rodeada de mujeres generosas, atentas, amables, femeninas, pero a la vez fuertes llenas de emociones y alegrias. Y no me mal entiendan los hombres leyendo… mi gran amor ahora es mi esposo y como hombre comparte conmigo cosas que me maravillan día a día.

Pero como mujer siento la responsabilidad de asegurarme que otras mujeres sepan y sientan el poder y valor que tienen. La fuerza femenina se manifiesta de manera sutil, delicada pero imponente como el primer rallo de luz por la mañana.

Quiero que las mujeres que vean su retrato sientan por medio de los trazos y colores de su propia expresión que SON PODEROSAS que siendo ellas mismas es la mejor manera de vivir una vida plena y feliz.

Así que celebremos mujeres!!! Pero todos los días!!!

Y Felicidades a mi Hermosa Madre Carmen Dolores.

Y le deseo a los hombres a dejar sentir su lado ‘femenino’ donde son sensibles, comprensivos y dulces.
